GridSmart Xpress™ is a freeway monitoring system with an interim release date of mid 2009. Xpress™ is able to view and track vehicles across all approaches and provide the traffic control center with vehicle counts and average speeds in user-defined increments (1 minute, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.).
